Anemone close up in a weird way

hello all .. I need help with my anemone it was sucked by wavemaker and i released it quickly.. then it decided to find a new spot it kept changing its place for 3 days and after it found the new spot it closed like this way .. please refer to image .. what is wrong with it .. is it dying?

Hmm that does look strange. Did it get damage to the tentacles that it could be trying to keep safe while healing up?

I have not seen this reaction before. I am a little concerned it could be caused by gasses trapped inside the tissue but hopefully someone with experience with this condition will offer you some more insight about what is going on with your macrodactyla.

It did damage its tentacles but it was sucked really quick .. today it opened again and start spitting black slime

Hmm that could sound as if it was possibly doing repairs, while keeping vulnerable tissue away from potential predators by rolling up like that. Has it stopped spitting black slime? Cleaning out of waste materials could be a good sign, and your description does not sound like the way it looks when the tissue starts to decompose.
