Hi all. Sorry if this isn't the correct spot for the topic ... but, I have an aiptasia propagation tank that is contaminated with amphipods from the original aiptasia source. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a dip I can use to reduce the number of pods I transfer to my berghia propagation tank. Thanks.

PraziPro or flatworm exit will work. A yellow coris wrasse will also consume them.

I'm confused... aiptasia would eat the amphipods right? How would this be a bad thing to have the amphipods in the tank? I had aiptasia infestation in my sump which previously had a near plague like level of amphipods it. As the number of aiptaisia climbed the amphipods all but disappeared.

Not trying to argue, just trying to understand the issue.

Amphipods eat berghia eggs (or so I've read). They're fine in the aiptasia propagation. Just trying to keep them from overrunning the berghia.
