Anemone exposure during water change?

Hey guys! So my BTA is hanging at the top of my tank right at the water line. I need to perform a water change today which will expose him once the water level drops. Will it kill him? Should I wait and hope he moves? Try to move him myself? I have no idea what to do. Help please!

He can be exposed, i think 15 minutes. Hope someone else can give you a nice time frame.

Do the water change and don't worry. Just don't take a long time.

Have your new water ready to go right in after you remove old water. Everything will be ok.

I wouldn't worry about it, if it gets uncomfortable it will move or just let go and drop into the water.

Point a power head at it. The high flow will make it uncomfortable, and it will probably move.

Maybe turn the lights off or have them turn down when you do the water change to so you don’t blast the thing while it’s out of the water
