I fed my anemone a piece of shrimp yesterday and today I still see it in his mouth. Half in his mouth half out. Is the piece to big or just not hungry? Fed him two days ago. Before that I really was not feeding him much. He is about 6 months old in a two year old tank.

I usually just target feed my RFAs frozen mysis and flakes through a pipette (about every 4 or 5 days). You can feed larger food, but it will take them longer to process it. Some people don't target feed their nems at all, and have good results. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it shows signs of distress. Probably just bit off more than it could chew. :)

I target feed mine a few times a week with no problems, just small amounts of mysis.
