Hello,

I have a 13.5 Fluval Evo with live sand and dry rock.
Livestock: 2 clown fish, 2 BTA, 1 Watchman Goby, 1 shrimp, 1 crab, and CUC
Stock light, stock pump, heater, UV sterilizer, wave maker
Chamber 1: Ceramic bio balls
Chamber 2: Sponge, bio balls, filter floss, carbon
Tank has been running for 7 months, BTA were introduced 3 months ago.

I’ve noticed over the past few weeks, my BTA have been smaller than usual and seem unhappy. I sometimes feed them mysis shrimp (about every 3-4 weeks). I change the water 20-30% every week. Parameters are below.

I’ve also noticed that there is a bunch of algae growth that I understand is part of the natural process, but I am wondering if I am missing something that is causing the anemones to be unhappy.

Ammonia0
Nitrites0
Nitrates5
pH8.2
Salinity1.022
kH1.43

Otherwise the fish are doing well. I also am doing a cross-country move within the next few weeks so I want to ensure everything is happy and healthy before that move. If you have any tips on moving saltwater tanks please let me know!

Thanks!

Was there any change in light and flow? Anemones can be dramatic at times then it is happy next day. Just monitor for now.
