I got this anemone from a store I go to often. Apparently it was left by a customer after shutting down their tank. I picked it up because it had a nice yellow color, and I'm wondering if it's a standard rainbow bubble tip or if its something different. In person the yellow is a definitely noticeable

Got it for $120, and even though it hasn't fully opened I can tell its going to be pretty big. The foot is as large as my black widow and that one is already pretty big now.

Just a rainbow… colors change depending on the water quality. If you don’t match the params of where you got it, it will more than likely lose the yellow coloration. Example… me and another reefer purchased the same nems from the same split. His turned yellow, mine turned bright pink… he runs dirty (high nitrate) water, and I run clean (0 nitrates)

The rule of thumb is that if you don't know the name of it, meaning someone hasn't told you what it was, then it's just a rainbow.
