Any help with identifying this pinkish anemone would be greatly appreciated.

I also wanted to show off pics of the BTA I got over the weekend. My paired clowns are now dual hosting; but loving the new BTA.

Thank you for your response. I was researching all types of anemones and, for some reason, never came across a long tentacle anemone.

It's a good size and lately has been expanding a flatten out over rocks. Not sure if it will eventually split. I'm confident that it is doing well though.

Be aware. In 2 -3 years that thing will be the size of a basketball. Mine is even bigger than that.

They like sand or a nice big cave for their bodies.

Looks like macrodactyla doreensis (aka long tentacle anemone). To confirm, they have very prominent verracue under the oral disk and most have a red/orange foot (see pic for example). Also, they don’t split like bta’s, they just get bigger. As mentioned, they are sand dwelling anemones. It’s not going to stay on the rocks.
