Anemone in Trouble?

Will do this a couple times a day. Then re-inflate later on. Still seems to have its color, holding on to the rock no problem, mouth is closed.

When was it added and how old is the tank? Mine would deflate for 30 mins or so once in a while the first week but has stayed inflated since.

Tank is 9 months old. Been in for about 3 weeks. Getting water tested tomorrow for more details.
