Anemone is acting wierd

My rock flower anemone has been moving a lot frequently and for the past few hours it has been looking like this. Is there anything wrong with the anemone.

How long have you had him, what are your parameters and lighting? Generally if they are moving around they're not happy with the spot they were in and try to move to find better conditions
