Anemone looks sick

I found this anemone in a tide pool about 4 montha ago. Not sure what kind it is but It has been pretty healthy until 2 weeks ago. It wont eat and looks like this

If you found the anemone in temperate water the anemone will probably decline in a reef tank unless you are running a temperate tank with a chiller.

So I guess the question is where was this tide pool and what is the temperature of your tank?

Well the tide pool was in bermuda. The water was definitely cooler when i found him. My tanks is at 81 degrees. The water was probably around 70
