Anemone migrating to sandbed?

My anemone started to squeeze itself through the rocks. I think by morning it will fall into the sand. My question is, is that ok and is it running away from something or is this normal? I just added LED lights which my green star polyps love, but are they too intense for my anemone? Thanks.

He will be fine, he just needs to acclimate to the light.
