Anemone question

What causes my anemone to swell up on the base and not be suctioned to the bottom. It was floating around I turned the light on an placed him back on the rock and he resuctioned to the rock ?

Often its too much water flow or High phosphates but mainly flow. Too bright od light will cause them to move and hide

Not having a proper setup will cause them to never attach

It probably wanted a new location in the tank. Make sure your powerheads/wavemakers are covered.
