my maxie mini carpet nem is in the corner off my bare bottom frag tank on the silicone and i would like to move him to the display. any ideas on moving him? i tried putting square tiles around him and directed flow his way hoping he would move on one. instead of doing so he moved the tiles out of his way just about every night. i thought maybe there's a better way. thanks

You can use a cube of ice to touch his foot and he'll release it. I did this when I was taking out one of my GBTA after it split and giving it to a buddy.

If you point a powerhead directly at him, he'll probably go on the move so you gan get him easier.

never thought of using an ice cube. i'll give that a try in a little bit. i'm guessing this won't hurt him?

Nah, I would just brush it up against him, don't hold it there, haha. Just touch his foot with it gently, and he'l probably let go. Worked great for mine.

just remember they are slow to release so give it time, a torn foot can be the end
