Anemone splitting water change OK?

Monthly water change today and I noticed my rainbow nem is splitting this morning. (First split) am I ok to go ahead and do my water change or should I wait til it splits or give it a few days before I change water? Thanks

IMO you can do a water change.
I wouldn’t worry about it since the splitting/healing process is very quick.

Just finished splitting. Thanks James I didn’t want to stress it out while it was splitting. First split for me. Super exited wife was rolling her eyes at me while I was yelling. “ITS SPLITTING”. Lol
