Anemone stretching

Pretty new to this hobby, R2R is great for gathering info. My question is that my long tentacle anemone is stretching towards the light, does this mean he needs more par, or does this mean he is happy with the light? He has not moved his location in about 4 months. I assume he would move if he needed more?
If I turn blue LED up he lays open flat on rock, if turned down to 50 percent he stretches like photo, what way is better for him?

Likely an indicator it wants more light (try 5-10% increase)
