Anemone (URGENT)!!

My anemone closed a bit ago and then started looking kind of deflated and now it has holes in where it’s mouth is and looks really weird

I don’t think so maybe but there’s like algae coming out of it but idk I’ll just ride it out I think it might be

I've never seen an anemone split. What DOES that look like?

I got this anemone on November 29 and the tank parameters are
Alk-10.0
Calcium-557
Nitrates-20
Ph-8.0

I've had Bubble-tip Anemones split on me. It looked like that.

That is a long tentacle anemone, Macrodactyla Doreensis. They do not 'split' like BTA's. This one may just be expelling waste or it could be expelling zooxanthellae. It looks more like waste. Leave it alone and see what it does over the next day or two.
