Anemone wanting to split?

So I have been noticing lately that my BTA is always looking for food. I can feed it a small shrimp in the morning and it wants more during feeding time of the tank at night. It will grab and eat the Mysis I feed the tank as fast as the female clown will give it food.
From what I have noticed in the past from other BTAs and LTAs I have had.. if it is not hungry, it will just drop the food and not eat.
The oral disc is starting to go a tad oblong but the mouth is still normal and not looking different.

Has anyone witnessed their anemone splitting before?

Pic is for how it looks today. A couple days ago it was perfectly round.

I have, I'm not seeing it in the pic but that doesn't mean anything. Sometimes I notice the foot splitting before I ever spot it on the disc.

Thanks.. I just find it weird the way it has become happy and oblong vs the way it was always happy and round

Mine split all the time and then you have a runaway that usually ends up being a pest to something, they kill chalices if the y sit near them. I have removed a dozen or so over the last few years.
Mine are rose bubbles.

Mine split all the time, but I never see them actually do it. I will go to bed at night with one anemone on a rock and wake up with 2. Most of the time they move out of site and split before coming back to their same spot. I have never noticed any signs one was going to split before doing so.

I have a anemone dominant tank, only a couple zoas and two clown.. the more BTA the better..lol
