Anemone White Spots

I began to clean my tank this afternoon and I noticed these white spots on my anemone. I have noticed them before but they are much worse today. It almost looks as if something is squeezing the anemone tentacles and it’s causing it to turn white. I tried to capture the best photo I could but my camera doesn’t look that good when I zoom in on it. This is the first issue I have had with my anemone and I’m not sure what could be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Hmmm. Is that a Condylactis? What type of Anemone?
