Help, what are these white spots on my fish

Looking for advice please.

One of my clownfish and my purple firefish have had white spots appear this morning. My first thought was ich but I don’t think it looks like the photos of ich I have compared it to online.

The firefish only has the spots on his face and the clownfish only has them on his top right side. Both are acting normal and feeding well, however the clownfish did a funny jerking motion once this morning.

Any advice/ opinions would be greatly appreciated.

The photos aren’t quite good enough for an accurate diagnosis. Even with the best photos, some diseases are difficult to diagnose without a microscope.

Can you post a clear video of the fish taken under white light, about as close as these photos are? Posting on YouTube works if you aren’t able to post videos here directly.
