Anemones and PAR

I have a question. What type of par do bubble tip anemones like. I have three different rose. I know I can't controll where they go but I want to make sure they have a good range to choose from.

i know my rbta likes a lower to medium flow and right on top of my tank i run 2 250w 10kmh and 1 250w 14kmh

That's a lot of light :) what size tank?

Before I moved my 10-12 inch RBTA, it would stay under a 1 of 3 250 mh in my 125. After I moved everything over to a 240, it stays on it's rock and hasn't moved. It's about half way down under the same MH. As for par, I haven't tested so no info there.
