Anemones split

So my Sherman bubble tip anemone and rbta both split in the same week...
Idk if it’s becouse I always feed them twize a week but I have done that since I got them .... or is it something else ...
Also one of them dicided to go to a cave in the dark the circled one ..next to the little one
is it bad ? Will it move ? Only change I had in the tank was temperature change from 81 degrees to 79 as heater was giving wrong temperature
Lighting I have two hydra 26 hD
On a 75 gallon tank
Nitrates are 6
Calcium 437
Alk 7.4
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Salinity 1.025
Temperature 79.2

Just scared cuz one of them was like two inches and split into two peace’s of one inch
Tank I 2 years old but was an upgrade from my 4 yeard old tank
