Anenome help

Hey guys! New to the app and had a saltwater tank about o months. Today, i bought an anenome and after accumulation for 1/2 an hour i placed it on a rock in its own area to explore if it wanted but as soon i took my hands off him, it was as of he had a life jacket on. He puffed up and floated to the top. After some persistence its stuck itself to a rock and currently looks like this. Is this normal.

Sometimes you need to turn off the flow for a brief period to allow the anemone some time to attach.
You can also dig a depression in the sand in an area of low flow and place the anemone there if the anemone becomes unattached.
An anemone that does not attach is a stressed anemone and needs to be watched.
How old is the tank?
