My blue line angel fish all of a sudden is swimming. Very odd. Thoughts of what it is and more importantly what to do to help?

One of my favs…

Could be flukes, velvet, ich, bacterial infection.

Also need history of fish, QT’ed or not, tank and tank mate info, when & what was the last thing added
