This just seems to be the norm with them now....
This has happened to me in the past... Place an order, problem with shipping module on check out. Order goes through and they end up contacting me stating the shipping was not included... (the past)
This time, set an order for day off i will be home. Same issue with shipping, no call, no delivery on set day.
Then I get contacted stating the shipping is not in there. Back and forth... Order was cancelled but i was given a partial refund and partial store credit. Like force me to spend my money with you instead of giving all the money back...
Purchased shipping - solo - per their instructions. Re-submit a new order and state in the check out shipping paid already.
Now there is a "Sale" so i adjust the order, pick a new date (another day off to stay home), state in checkout shipping paid already....
ARRIVAL DATE.... NO ORDER AGAIN.
No answer on the phone so left to emails... What happened now? Where is my shipment. "Oh you are right, our system flagged the order and it wasn't sent out" AGAIN ANOTHER DAY OFF.... NO SHIPMENT....
Finally order is shipped out with overnight that was paid for.... Ok Freebie listed for their mistakes i guess....
Freebies, are not what you listed as being sent...
So i Ordered a Finger Leather/Tree - One of the freebies was a 2nd Finger leather -
Only 1 was in the shipment not 2 like stated and that 1 sent was falling off the frag plug and is now just laying on the floor of the tank. The other was a tiny Micromusa they included for free NOT A FINGER LEATHER.
Ordered 3 bubble tip nems...
1 of them was not a bubble tip nem but rather a orange/gold Hammer - nice mistake but my angels dont leave hammers alone... why i ordered leathers...
1 of the Bubble tips was mush when it came... literally inside out and smaller than a dime. I let it sit for 2 days before tossing it.
the other Bubble tip is looking good in terms of health but also super small. Maybe a quarter size on the rock.
While i scored a gold/orange hammer, that was not what was ordered for my style of tank and this customer experience is getting worst instead of better.
Upon looking around... seems everyone has been having bad experiences with Aqua SD...
Fix that check out process !!!!
the amount of free stuff you give out could be fixed with a cart fix on your site!
