the ozone blocks 97-99% of uv from the sun but we can still go outside and get a sunburn
the glass on de pendants and around se bulbs block some but not all of the uv

again some uv is good allot is bad

It doesn't block all of it.

I've used both on the same system at the same time and got better SPS growth and color from the MH.
