This looks like dinoflagellates. Did you bottom out your nitrates and phosphates? Someone on here will likely give a prolix response about these, fear not. The search bar is your friend - these can be a pain to remove but if you're diligent and determined you can do this!
What are they currently?If anything, nitrates and phosphates usually runs a tad on the high end.

Dino’s then , first thing I’d recommend is turning off lights for 3 days / feeding more to get nitrate / phos reading this bacteria thrives at low nutrient levelsEesh, I just tested and they are both dang near zero, if not zero.
