Bacterial infection. You have to move fast with anthias. These things have a tendency to go sideways really fast with them. Do you have any wide spectrum antibiotics on hand?

Ciprofloxacin in a one hour bath. 1 tablet per 2 gallons of tank water. Treat for 7 days once a day.
NFG powder works very fast. Dose the QT as directed on package.
Kanaplex, Furan2, Sulfaplex (aka Triple Sulfa) are all good in a QT.

Time is not your friend. Anthias need treatment quickly. Best of luck with your beautiful fish.
