There's addictivereefkeeping.com in the keys closest I know of. For mangroves I just go to the inlet at New Smyrna and pick them up off the beach.

Walk around Biscayne Bay on Virginia Key in the shallows. You'll find mangrove seedlings, caulerpa algae, ulva, different seagrasses, halimeda algae, Neptunes shaving brush.....all you could ever want. All you need I think is a SW fishing license. Check FWC regs
