Salt prices here have become insane .
im
Glad my system has matured to a point where water changes can be spread out less often .
I was just looking at Red Sea salt , Aquavitro ( the one I’ve used for many years )
They are all around $120 per bucket

Red Sea is 120

I have always used salinity ( Aquavitro ) and no huge complaints with it other than cost and where to get it .
Only place to get it is 1 large chain store but also 1.5 hours drive away

Instant ocean is senthetic. For an extra 20 I'd go red sea because to my understanding, red sea is not synthetic. I may need to search that up again.

I’ve asked many times to change their sad looking fish room or even add a saltwater section .
even offered to volunteer with maintenance .
they have almost nothing for the saltwater community. one side of a shelving unit that's 3 ft tall. no fish, no knowledge, zero good frozen foods. just sell an abundance of flake foods. I wish they tried better.

I take my phone with me, be polite and ask if they can price match. Currently, if you go to their website you can auto ship and get this price.
Or, you can just order.
Edit: i did go into the store and ask if they could price match the deal. They said no problem.

Wow, I didn't think they would price match the autoship price. I'll have to try that next time. My FedEx delivery guy will be really happy to not have to lug those buckets around.

They may or may not. I can't 100% say all the petsmarts will. I hope they would as it is their store and offer.

When I started the same bucket of salt was $59.99 and was said to be one of the best reef salts on the market at the time
Time to make a trip to your southern boarder.
