Hey all,

Know this isn’t really the proper place but looking to see if anyone knows of freshwater shops in the area that would be interested in/ have the capacity for a large stingray? Was planning on keeping him around as last tank was taken down due to a leak but plans changed and am now needing to move this guy quickly. Any suggestions appreciated as I have been to a few of the shops in the past and none really had the space. Have tried the freshwater forums but they don’t seem to be as busy locally. Thanks!

I recall seeing a YouTube video of a local aquarium store moving a customers 30+ lb freshwater fish into one of their store ponds, it might have been Corals And More in St. Peters. Might want to give them a call, good luck!

Yeah Zoos and similar usually have pretty strict guidelines and I am not looking to make more work for myself.

Appreciate the help all, am taking him to Corals and More tomorrow.

They might buy him from you; they have a wide variety of FW rays.
