I got this little nem a few weeks ago, had been doing well. Wandering a bit but was eating, happy looking. Last few days he was hiding a bit, then tonight I noticed he was not attached to anything and just floating on the sand. This is what I found on inspecting him... 20170212_222116.jpg foot 20170212_221213.jpg mouth
My other nems are fine. This is my first bta issue in a year. I am wondering if I missed a small injury when I got him or is it possible something in my tank did this? Thanks for any input, I am not looking for a miracle, I am guessing he is a goner, just want to prevent any further issue.

Im not too informed on Anemones but I have been doing a little reading on them lately and my first guess would be that it had a damaged foot when you got it.
