Any idea of the white spots are in the rocks

Thinking about buying this but would like to make sure the tank doesn’t have some kind of health issues already. Rocks have a bunch of little white spots that look concerning

Mine look the same. I always thought it was just dead exoskeletons of something long ago. Don't really know, so im following along

Most new tanks seem to get a rash of them and then they eventually stabilize to more manageable levels. They don't bother anything,

just normal buggies for a healthy tank. I have thousands on the bottom of my rocks, they seem to like lower light in my tank. dont harm anything.
