Yeah possibly, my friend got obsessed with them and thinks could be worth something cause nobody knows them so thru some unfortunate events I’m basically only one with them haha so I decided see if they got name or anything

While Outkast zoas can have the ring vary in width and intensity you’ve got something else there entirely. Those are absolutely not outkasts. The mouth of an outkast is green and the area between the mouth and rim is the same blue as the rest of it. Yours has a white mouth with a two-tone purplish blue thing going on.

Those are wholly something else right there. Are they special? I’d say yes. I don’t think you’re gonna find an ID on those.
