Some sort of anemone. Need a better pic with it more exposed for a more confident ID.

Ball anemone as said, i have one in my tank somewhere. Hasnt been an issue for me but that's not to say it won't be eventually.

Agreed with Ball Nem (not a true anemone):
Looks like Corallimorphs/Ball Anemones to me (relatives of soft mushroom corals) - generally harmless and pretty neat.
That's a Ball Anemone - a Corallimorph. They're related to soft mushroom corals. They can sometimes multiply rapidly, but they don't usually cause any issues, so a lot of people like to keep them.
Some corallimorph species can be pretty aggressive like some nems, but the common ones in the hobby aren't.
