Just found this guy in my tank, tanks been setup for months and it just appeared yesterday, any idea what it may be?? Thanks.
It’s got blue spots along the long tentacles and green spots in the middle around the mouth, looks very similar to an anemone or zoa.

second vote for ball anenome, i have some scattered over my reef and they haven't done any harm

If it is a ball anemone then it is non-photosynthetic and you can target feed it meaty foods/pellets. As it gets bigger, it will not be small fish friendly. Their tentacles are sticky and its feeding response is quick!
