Any Ideas On This Skimmer?

Does anyone know what brand skimmer this is/what type? Or any info about it? Any info is appreciated! TIA!

Looks home made. Looks like a normal no frills skimmer to me, with no collection cup. The foam is pushed up and into the hose and probably into some kind of closed container.
 
It's what came with our new setup. Of course we couldn't find anything like it, so we wanted to find out what we had to make sure it's good enough. And yes, there's a hose going to a collection cup. Thanks!
 
It's on our 180 right now, it came with the tank and it's what they were using. We are setting it up as a reef (coral/LR/fish). We haven't had any issues with it but wanted to start finding out about it. Do you have any idea what size pump should be attached to one like this?
 
It reminds me of a old school Emperor Aquatics Skimmer Knock off . It being tilted at the top looks odd .
