Any ideas whats causing my Mummy Eyes to looks like this?

Two separate colonies of mummy eye chalice and both seem to have the same issue. The one on the right, did come from another system where it had been exposed to way too much light and did bleach pretty bad. Ended up losing quite a bit of it, but the remaining seems to have colored back up and started growing. Only problem is that there is still random lines throughout that look like bleaching. The colony on the left seems to have the same issue. What would cause these isolated lines of bleaching? If thats what it is.

It could be a number of different things from lighting to flow two minerals in the water Trace elements no Trace elements parameters alkalinity calcium magnesium ph.

Hey Pistol Peet! Thank you for your reply. I certainly don't mean to sound rude, but that's pretty obvious. And I don't think it's that simple in this case.
These are in a very well established mixed reef system. I maintain consistent water params and have excellent growth from SPS and LPS both.
It truly seems to be some form of a disease that's killing the zooxanthellae.
