Hi all,

I have a 32 g Biocube for just over a year. I have a Royal gramma for almost a year and 2 black clownfish for about 6 months. I keep the lights on for a few hours a day and most of the time the blue lights are on to help control gha.

I did turn on the white lights yesterday and noticed the Royal gramma with some white spots on top of his head and on one side. It’s really difficult to get a clear enough picture even when I shine a light to help with the white light on my Biocube. I will post a picture that comes close to showing it. He doesn’t seem to be bullied although he at time seems skittish around them
He is eating and seems ok otherwise. I don’t know how long he has had them as l mostly have the blue lights on. Or is this just normal?

Any thoughts/comments appreciated.
Not sure if the picture is clear enough to form an opinion. Not sure how else to photograph what I am seeing.

Thanks.

hi, not seeing anything out of norm, fins look clean.

I’m not seeing anything to worry about - could be the result of an injury. Fish that hang close to the rocks are prone to getting the occasional scrape. Watch for aggression with the clowns.
It may be that. Almost looks like scrapes. I’ve taken at least 30 pictures but can’t seem
To capture the true image. He does hang out in 2 places with in the rock. During feedings the clowns seems to rule in that they’ll go right for the food and the gramma waits for an opportunity to get in there. I don’t see them chasing him away but he is cautious around them.

Thanks for replying. I’ll keep a look out. Hopefully nothing to bad.
