Any problems with the Phoenix bulbs??

I"m trying to troubleshoot a problem and i'm not sure if it's lighting related. Has anyone here had a problem with the phoenix bulbs turning any of their SPS brown?? I've noticed some loss in coloration on my millis but i'm not entirely sure if it's because of my lights or not. My current setup is as follows:

60cube
20gal fuge / frag tank
20gal sump

250w HQI 14K Phoenix on a Blue Wave 3 Mag ballast
2 - ATI Blue plus T5's on workhorse ballasts

Salinity 1.026 - 1.027
Calcium 420ppm
Alkalinity 8dKH / 143.2ppm KH
pH 8.08
Temp 81.9
Phosphate 0ppm
Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Nitrate 0ppm

Any thoughts????
