Tank mates: A clown goby, 2 ocellaris (or however that's spelled) clowns, a small mandarin and maybe, maybe, a blenny. Wanted a second opinion because some puffers on live aquaria are listed as 30 gal.

Most puffers are gonna be aggressive but I've had a valenti puffer in a 14 gallon for 2 years and had no problems. Very peaceful fish. Says so on liveaquaria but it will probably nip at corals and eat shrimp.

The genus Canthigaster will have a few species of puffer that will do well in a 30g.

The toby puffers or valentini puffer but I wouldn't keep them with your current mates. I find they do better in a tank that size with just a couple mates that can hold their own.

Clowns can hold their own and clown gobies and mandarins produce a noxious slime coat that discourages curious biting.
