any special way to paint HOB overflow

i have a HOB overflow im fixing to set up and i wanted to paint it before putting it on... any special paint or what kind of prep needs to be dont before painting... if anyone has any experience on this advice is needed

Use vinyl sticker.Comes in any color and conserves the equipment because it can be peeled away in case you what to upgrade the equipment it keeps it in its original state, and is resistent to salt and water

Scuff with 320 grit sand paper and spray with Krylon Fusion.

Tape off the inner section. You don't want/need to paint the inside.

^^^ what he said, works fine. Fusion is made to bond to plastic.
