Any thoughts on what could be happening with this acro?

all levels been pretty consistent as far as I’m aware. Havent changed anything flow/light wise for months. ICP shows nothing drastic few minor trace elements out slightly, that I wouldn’t normally worry about. Looked for pests, cant see anything. Everything else seems ok.

Tank and coral been in place since 2017.

I would break off one of the most affected areas and dip it in a clear dip quickly just to see if anything falls off. Could be aefw from the looks of it. Sometimes they create damage like that when fish are eating them and they don’t have a chance to really reproduce to the point where it’s obvious there are there. Or take a turkey baster to the whole coral while lights are white and flow is off and see if you can see anything fly off?

Dealt with Aefw sods before, so have a good idea what I’m looking for. Now regularly baste 2-3 times a week. Broken a chunk off, dipped. Nothing.
