I also recommend cirpo treatments, I have been successful with it myself. I have followed the 0.025mg per liter dosage x 5 days at night. No ill effects. make sure your UV and skimmer are off

Dissolve a 500mg pill (smashing it up helps a lot) in 50mL of RODI or distilled water. That makes a 10mg/mL solution.

Take your tank volume times 3.785 to determine the number of Liters, then divide by 10, then multiply by .125. So for a 100g tank...

100 x 3.785 = 378.5 / 10 = 37.85 x .125 = 4.37

So your "standard" dose would be about 4.4mL. I say "standard" because last time I did it, I did twice that. Than from Tidal Gardens said that he's done up to 5x that dosage without issues.

The standard is dose three times total, every other night. Also keep your cipro solution in the fridge until you're done dosing.
