I am not sure, but I do not believe it is allowed. I hear this complaint quite often. Good luck.

I don't know of any that ship livestock, I believe the main issue right now for fish stores is that they themselves are having trouble bringing in stock.

Have you tried ordering them through a LFS? Fish stores here use the same wholesalers stores in the US use. You should be able to special order them.

I have asked few of my LFS which said that they have not seen one at all. The fish that I am looking for have been on sale on US stores websites which suggest that they have different wholesalers. Otherwise, my LFS would have seen it for sale.
