Anybody able to tell me what this is?

I’ve been fighting what I believe to be hair alagae for months now and it’s super frustrating. 2 doses of Reef Flux had no effect. I have been doing weekly water changes and removal with a vacuum.
can anybody tell me from this picture what I am dealing with.
nitrates at 6.2 ppm phosphates at .02
Is it lyngba or just GHA? TYIA

I can't help with ID, but 2 doses of flucanozole along with water changes would likely reduce or completely negate the effectiveness of the drug.

The 2 doses were about a month apart. I followed the instructions on the bottle.

As far as water changes during the fluconazole treatment I stopped the water changes as per instructions
