Anybody ever use Triton's Cya-no to treat Cyano?

I tried the Cya-no and followed the directions and the treatment didn’t work. I use the full Triton Method and follow all their directions. I contacted Triton and received no help.

Hi, probably late to answer but this could help others.
I was having green cayano covering the sand bed and the aquascape. So I send water sample for N-Doc testing and they told me I need to fix the P:N ratio. I was having low Phosphate and high nitrate. So I worked out to balance thing. After say a month I came to know about CYA-NO and I got myself one bottle. When I reached home and started reading instruction and did the calculations I found out that I need to dose 60ml for 12days which was a shock to me lol. So I just dosed 25ml for the next 4 days and I noticed big difference in the cayano amount. It could be from all the work as I stopped dosing all trace elements except Idoine, reduced the No3 and dosing CYA-No.
After two weeks I purchased another 3 bottles and dosing same amount which is 25ml and it worked for me.
