Bristleworms for the most part are harmless scavengers.

Note that there are definitely exceptions.

Agreed, and most are just a part of a healthy Reef's bio-diversity. I have several hundred within my system and would only remove one if LARGE or caught in the act of doing something I wish it had not....

Cheers, Todd

The head makes me lean toward it being a young eunicid worm, not a regular bristle worm. Definitely not a welcome inhabitant.

Someone else mentioned Eunicid, I was thinking maybe phyllodocidae???

Definitely had those beadle little eyes LOL

It was removed but I'm still curious, it was my frag/QT tank so all is good-besides all frags are getting a bayer dip tomorrow so any other stragglers won't survive
