I have a bunch of these in my sump and bunch on my rocks. They seem to be hanging in the underside of the rocks more. They are not anything that moves like a worm. Kinda look like a tiny cotton ball of some sort.

Kind of fuzzy but looks like pineapple sponge. I do not worry about them. More nutrients, more sponges in my experience.

Yup looks like pineapples peppermint shrimps will make quick work of them.
