Anyone else completely obsessed with Heroes?

Good theory Kam, I never thought about the cockroach until you mentioned it. I also didn't remember that Hiro tells Peter he looks different without his scar. Very intriguing! It is going to be almost unbearable to wait until mid to late April for a new episode :o Too long for my tastes but the show is so good that I'm willing to put up with it whereas I think LOST is dying in the ratings because the show was already going down the tubes even before they took the three month hiatus. Anyway, I don't care for the shapeshifter chick one bit....shes a beeatch in my opinion. I don't think she was pretending to be Claire's "mom" the whole time in the hotel....I think she saw Claire's mom and made the comment, "I like your hair" and at that point she had memorized or stored what shape she would need to take on. I really hope Mohinder isn't killed as he is a really good character and as Kammy mentioned, he's easy on the eyes too :)

Sylar said to Peter "your like me" so that means, yes, Peter will get all of Sylars abilities, but maybe sylar will get all of peters too. That would mean that they would be equally matched, and that means one heck of a fight!

What a great episode! I wanted to see the Syler/Peter fight so bad. I can't believe I have to wait two months. I like the cockroach theory about Syler adapting anything.

do you think sylar can just look at something and figure it out? He said to peter something along the lines of " I cant wait to see how it(you?) works"
That leads me to believe he has to open and see his brain to figure things out..

I'm a little confused by that as well Matt. Not sure if, like you said, he has to open the heads and mess around with their brains or not. I think he must since if you remember when Mohinder's dad first finds him he is tinkering with watches and messes around with the mechanics to figure things out. I think that he has to physically mess with the heroes' brains to get their powers unlike Peter who can just absorb them just by being around them.

Not sure though :)

I think Sylar has to study the brain which is why he cuts the tops off heads and takes the brain. He probably took apart the cockroach. I think he'd have to take Peter's brain out to learn his powers. I'm guessing he won't get Peter's brain though. Unless he cuts him, sees what he needs to see, and then Peter heals somehow. Peter will definately come away with Sylar's abilities. Those two in a fight will be pretty bad butt....a lot will come down to who thinks quickest. I'm sure that neither of them will die in their first show down. Peter has the decided advantage by being able to heal.

Who do you all think is going to be the one that explodes? I am kinda starting to think that it's going to be Sylar in the end. Somehow I think he's going to be come across the radioactive guy (can't remember his name) and that might just tip the scales too far. Not sure though since the drawings are of Peter.

I think Peter does read dreams... that was his first "power". I think that maybe he did get that ability from the old guy in the apt. building. I never thought about Sylar being the bomb... Is nuclear Ted even alive after what happened at the bennets house? I havent seen him since... It doesnt seem like the company would just allow him to walk away from that... If I had to bet, Nuclear Ted is going to explode in NY.

Ted is still alive and in the custody OWI. I think Claire injected him with a tranquilizer.

Yah Peter now has all of Sylar's abilities. But Sylar doesn't have all of Peters. Sylar has better control over his though, so its gonna be a tough fight, i can't wait!!

I remember when future Hiro said to Peter "you look different without your scar." But that was before Peter had saved the cheerleader. My thinking is that in future Hiro's world, Sylar killed Claire and got her ability to heal. That made him unstoppable. Now the future has changed because Peter saved her and now HE has that ability. I don't see how he can get that scar now, he will just heal.

Go check out the preview for the next episode and watch it in slow mo at the end. Peter slams Sylar into the opposite wall with his TK ability and Mohinder falls to the ground. Then Peter's cut heals up.

Oh dude....have you got some reading to do. NBC releases a new one each week (even when Heroes is in hiatus) and the stories augment the show with character background and plot expansion. The most recent 2 is very very interesting....you should probably read the ones before though so start at the bottom and work your way up. They are only a few pages each.

Yah you guys are missing out on a lot!!! The comics explain some stuff that isn't covered in the episodes, like where Hana went after contacting Ted.

I agree....you guys definitely have some catching up to do. At first I didn't really think they were going to be anything more than just a recap of the show but honestly they are a whole side bar series that helps to describe things that not only happen during the episode but how the characters develop.

I have some catching up to do myself since I totally forgot about these...
