Czieler, I think you have it exactly right....we just dont' know how he modifies his own brain. I think its safe to say he doesn't go in there with any tools. Perhaps he uses telekensis to kind of will his neurons and brain waves in the same pattern as his victims.

Hey there fellow Heroes followers....just wanted to see everyone's take on last night's episode. I thought it was another great episode as we are finally getting closer and closer to figuring out who's on what side and how Linderman, Claire's serogate dad (Horned Rim Glasses) and Sylar all play into the greater scheme of things.

I really liked the scenes where Parkman and Nikki were dueling it out although i'm still kind of wondering how the heck both of them (Nikki) were in the stairwell at the same time when she was trapped in the mirror at the end of last episode and in the beginning of this one. Was she able to get out somehow? Should be interesting to see how the whole "hit" on Nathan shakes out in the next episode though. Still can't quite figure out what's going on with Linderman (who I imagine is paying for the hits thus far)...at first it seemed like he was trying to collect super genome artifacts (paintings, sword, etc) but now I'm not sure why he wants Nathan killed.

I really thought that Zane had some pretty sweet skills although I'm not sure they would have been worth anything other than maybe wowing some friends at a party or something..."let me see that beer can....check this out." Should be interesting to see if Mohinder ends up letting Sylar help him "find" the others....probably not the best idea ;).

My favorite characters are still Ando and Hiro though. I just think they're hilarious how goofy they are. Go figure that Ando would end up falling for a tall blonde American though and leave Hiro hanging. :D

Oh yeah, did anyone else notice the thing that popped up at the bottom left of the screen saying text this number now and then it put some number up there? Not sure what that was...

In the preview (that was played during deal/no deal) they showed Sylar and Mohinder meeting a new lady who has super hearing. So I have to think he let sylar work with him.. to some extent.
I didnt see the text message thing.
I think Claires mom's brain is fried because the haitian dude erased her memory too many times. As far as linderman, I think He is just a gangster that all of the heroes some how get linked too. I dont think that he has any powers. and The only reason he would want nathan killed, is because Nathan and him have had business dealings, and maybe nathan owes him.
I think it was cool who parkman could hear Jessica and Nikki-- just proves there are two voices in her head, and why Nikki and Jessica were both visible in the stairwell, I dunno. Maybe its because Nikki is starting to learn to control her power. I dont think she was ever trapped in the mirror, but more that anytime her body passes by a mirror she can see the opposite personality.

Hey all,

The texting refers to the primatechpaper.com web site which is pretty groovy. You can log in if you've been getting the texts about the passwords and review some of the heroes profiles. If anyone is interested I can post all the logins and passwords. Its kind of lengthy.

Are you guys sure both Niki and Jessica were physically in the stairwell? I haven't watched the playback yet.

Linderman's thugs tried to take out Nathan a while ago which resulted in the accident that left Nathan's wife in a wheelchair. I know Nathan and Peter's father and Linderman had some deals gone bad and for what ever reason Linderman doesn't want Nathan winning that election.

I'm thinking Zane's ability could be pretty useful melting away doors, safe doors, that kind of thing. Right now Sylar *might* be strong enough to use telekenisis to rip off a door but if he can't so far none of his other abilities would let him pass through things.

Who do you guys think is gonna die?

I agree, Nikki/Jessica are two minds in one body. They show them separated on the stairwell like they do on the mirrors so you don't just see one girl talking to herself (ala Me, Myself, and Irene).

As far as who's gonna die next episode, I'm guessing it's someone who they didn't show on this last episode. I'd vote the invisible guy Peter has been talking with.

Yeah, I was wondering if the text had something to do with the site. I have been going there and finding the hidden page and logging in based on a thread that I read on NBC's forum. Pretty cool stuff in there for sure and definitely worth checking out. Just saw the bio on Michael Parkman and it's pretty cool info.

I agree about Jessica and Nikki, just seemed interesting that before they always just showed her on a mirrored surface until now. Should be an interesting dual between Jessica/Nikki and Nathan...I would have to put my money on Jessica unless Nathan can get some help from another hero.

I'm not sure who is going to end up getting axed this coming episode....this show always leaves me wrong :) which is why I keep coming back to it.

Hey guys! Good to pop in and see I'm not the only one addicted to Heroes! I get very impatient every week to see this show....wish it wasn't just one day a week especially when they always end every episode with a cliffhanger. I don't think Jessica and Nikki were able to become two seperate entities though I'd love to see a playback of the scene to get a better look. I'm thinking that Claires mom is going to die in the next episode though it might actually be one of the heroes in which case possibly Nathan. It will be interesting to see how it plays out!

I could see Zane's power doing some real damage. Think about it, if he can control it on a larger scale he could melt whole buildings.

I think Sylar is the one who is the bomb now. He keeps getting so many other powers eventually he won't be able to control them. Or it could still be Peter, if Sylar and Peter meet face to face Peter might be the one that can't control it.

It sure looked to me like Jessica AND Nikki were in that stairwell. It was only one shot, and Jessica looked back down the stairs and there was Nikki standing on the stairs!

Man i hate commercials.

I agree 100%

Hmm...I think Peter dreams in the place of people so I'm thinking of those that arn't otherwise in the dream. Sylar, Meredith, Zane, Ted. Maybe its Meredith, Issacs picture shows a person radiating flames. I'm betting its Ted or Sylar though...with a tendancy towards Ted.

Actually....think about the way Claire is running towards the person in the dream before she realizes they're gonna blow...she looks happy for a split second and then starts running in the other direction. That makes me think maybe its Meredith. It might be why Nathan is approaching and saying something like, 'Let me help you...'.

Then again...in the dream Issac is having to hold Simone back which makes me think she is trying to get to Peter...but Peter could just be running towards the person thats gonna blow to help.

I think the things that Peter dreams are kind of a mixed up mash of his (and other people's) experiences and not necessarily a sequence of events. I can't imagine that Claude would be standing there cackling just before the explosion. Plus.....isn't it odd that they all end up in New York? And Matt is in his beat cop outfit.

I like tivo'ing it to skip the commercials ;)

Please post the logins to the site... seems like something similar to what they did with Lost last season....

Anyone see the highlights for next week with the lady that has supersonic hearing? She puts Sylar on the spot in front of Mohindar cuz she can hear his heart racing. You can tell he really wants her power.

And it looks like Ted teams up with Matt, not sure why. I saw another highlight were Ted meets Hana who can control computers, wireless devices, and download info from the air!

Wow great episode!!! Peter is learning to control his powers, he's gonna be unstoppable!! Not only did he use telekinesis, he flew and beat up Isaac!. Hiro stopped time again finally. Ted, Matt, and Hana broke into Claire's house and held em all hostage for answers!!! Next week is gonna be GOOD!

I agree...another great episode. Definitely didn't dissappoint and I'm glad that it looks like we might finally figure out what is really going on with Mr. Bennet, who he works for, how they ended up getting Claire as a daughter, etc. Glad to finally see Hana in an episode and think it's cool that Parkman and radioactive man are teaming up. Pretty nice "rock" Parkman gave his wife though....40k!!!!

I still don't know what is going to happen with Sylar and Mohinder being together and "finding" or for Sylar "hunting" down the heroes. Would have been nice to see the lady with the hearing smack down Sylar though :)

Let the countdown begin for another week or waiting for one of the best shows on.

How long do you guys think this show will be on the air the first season? After 16 episodes I would think it has to be winding down :( I think the concept of the show is genius and I think there is potential for a lot of seasons since they can continue to play out the storylines of all of the heroes now, the ones they will find, and also playout some of the stories behind Linderman, etc.

Last night was awesome! Peter is starting to rock as he figures his abilities out and I'm glad to see him forming a spine. I'm guessing Simone is pretty dead...I've seen people say Peter may fix her but....I don't really see how. If he telekentically removed the bullet she'd still have the damage (plus more probably). And regen (to our knowledge) isn't transferred on others.

I don't really think Issac is the bad guy turn coat as a lot of people are saying.....I think he's freaked out about the world ending and thinks Peter is so engrained in the scenerio that he must be found and controlled. Add Simone begging him over and over to find him...he's just pretty confused and and it all leads to Peter. He called Bennet out of not knowing what to do...i don't think its like Bennet planted him there to spy on people. I think Bennet has him pretty turned around and when he gave him the gun Issac was probably hoping it wouldn't come to that but is willing to do what needs to be done to save the world. He shot at Peter out of jealousy and the rage of being taunted.......not necessarily as an assassine. It does go to show how Bennet and the organization regard Peter though.....dangerous and in the way.

Matt gets on my nerves a bit....he should prove very use usefull next episode though. I'd like to see him locked in a room with Nic/Jes for an hour taking notes as well.

I can't wait to find out how the Bennets really ended up with Claire and what Bennet's history is.

He could go back in time with Hiro's ability and stop her from opening the door altogether!
